Kim helped us find the perfect house. We described the type of house, general location, and price range, and she found a number of houses for us to look at. Unlike many realtors I have worked with, she offered her experienced opinion instead of always just saying "what do you think?" After we chose the house, she was there to help with the negotiation, process to close, and the actual close. Beyond that, she offered us a lot of advice on area recommendations. I wish I could buy more houses just so I could continue to enjoy the experience of working with Kim.
